My husband is in the military and we got moved to Marietta from Michigan. We had two weeks to relocate and had to do all of our apartment hunting over the internet and phone. Winterset looked very good on paper. When we moved in there were thousands of roaches. It took management two months and legal threats to get rid of them. Parking is a nightmare. People are so lazy they will park behind you and block your car insted of parking further away from their apartment. The staff is constantly changing and they have all been rude. It is unsafe and unclean. Don't bring your kids here!!!
