We moved here from out of town and researched apartments on the Internet. When we called the office we talked to the leasing agent for about 30 minutes and asked a variety of questions. We filled out an application and sent them money to hold an apartment. We called a week before arriving to assure everything was in place. When we got the the leasing office it was like we had never talked to anyone. All of the questions that we asked didn't mean a thing. When sitting in the leasing office signing the lease all of a sudden all of the answers given on the phone were wrong. When I made the comment that we were told something else their reply was, "Well that was wrong." So instead of showing up ready to pay $200 in deposit money we ended up paying over $500. I felt duped. Once we got into the apartment we had trouble with roaches, ants, small lizards. There were several leaks that when you tried to tell the maint. crew what was happining they said it was something else even though all they did was come in and look at the leak...that was it. The apartment upstairs said they were having the same problem. The singles on the side of the apartment were falling off also. The gate is a joke!! They never have it fixed but they sell it as an amenity. I was there 9 months and it worked for about 2 weeks! When asked about it they said well the tenants keep breaking it but they didn't want to give a concession for not delivering. When we told them about the bugs they said that they couldn't keep everything out and maybe they were coming in through the bottom of the door or the siding...HELLO! fix the damn door and siding then!!!!!

It isn't all bad the apartment are really big and a good price for the size but I felt like I got what I paid for. There is new management and they seem to want to change the attitude but I'm not sticking around to see if it happens. They also allow the subcontractors to come into the apartment whenever without notice. I came home from work one day, took a shower and when I came out not only was the bug guy there but the carpet guy was watching my TV!!!! WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER!!!! When I came out the comment was "Oh didn't know you were here....that was the response''''' When the management was told they basically said that the incident couldn't have happened that way. I have met people who said that they love thier apartment and I think I would have liked it with a little bit of customer service and a little professionalism....but...
