I have been living in the one bedroom for over 1 year and love it here! The kitchen is like a house would have and includes a skylight that I love! The floor plan is easy to furnish so I'm not sure why another tenant had problems, unless they just aren't good at putting it together. It's the largest apartment and the most affordable. I lived down the street at the Gables Wildwood and paid 300 dollars more per month for less space. I love it here and wish I'd known about it when I first moved to Powers Ferry in Marietta. The staff is great and although it's an apartment that requires more maintenance than a newer one would, it's worth it and the people here are great. I love sitting on the patio with tiki torches and talking with neighbors that pass by. I love the large mirrors in the bedroom and the spacious closets. I love the living room and it has Tons of windows. We will be looking for a house soon and I want it to have some of the same characteristics that this apartment does. The Management and staff are still very friendly and have this month really improved the grouds, and the main leasing office in more attractive. I love that they light a candle in the sitting area too and always have fresh coffee and a smile!
I could have saved alot of money by leasing here to begin with and enjoyed it much more. Glad to be living at Winterset!!! (only draw back; hope they get rid of the security gates completely, I never like them and it doesnt really keep anyone out that isnt invited)Also, for a one bedroom it's larger than the 2 bedroom at the Gables Wildwood (snobby staff there too).
