I lived here for two years - first year was okay but second year the place went further downhill. Lights outside never worked, they never fixed anything in the apartment, neighbor had a pitbull, office staff was rude and useless. The maintenance tried but they were obviously overworked and so could only do so much. The apartments themselves are large and have both screened in and outside porch, fireplace, and the kitchen skylight. They are just so old everything is falling apart. My electricity bills were huge(probably someone stealing power) and someone was always messing with the cable wires.Outside the front door always flooded when it rained and had to walk in water to get into house - was never fixed. Best thing I ever did was move from there. If you are looking for lots of space for little money and don't mind things never being fixed then go for it - they don't really make apartments with all this space nowadays.
