Recently moving to Owings Mills and in seach of an adequate apartment for a decent price, leaves me waiting for Winterset to open up or put someone out. Forgive me, i dont wish that, but I looked all around Owings Mills New Town and this place is the best place for your buck! I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews and decided that i would check it out for my self, and contrary to postings, I had no problems with the staff. They were pleasant and very helpful with answering all of my questions. The club house is smaller than what I expect, based on all the other lavish community club houses in the area but overall this seems to be the place for me. I cant wait.
