Rented a 3BR/3BA for almost 3 years.

Moving on due to roommate/pet conflict.

Initally, rented because lots of space and great light.

While annoyed by occasional flyovers from Air Force Base and early morning leaf blowers (we do want it clean), I am impressed by the leasing office's tenant services, especially maintenance.

Requests are handled quickly and to MY satisfaction.

I have always felt safe despite the lack of controlled access gates.

Ample parking.

COMPLAINTS: A neighbor had complained of theft.

Car wash was out of commision for a long period of time, then again during renovation.

Slow shower drains.

At first, we had difficulty with our DSL and cable (CHARTER is the only available provider) services, but as time progressed, the technology did also.

Upon initial lease, the "outside" wasn't much to look at.

However, there has been renovation and I am proud to live here.

I am very glad with this apartment community.
