Good Maintenance,Bad security,carpet

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Maintenance is very good.Handled in few hrs.Now recent happenings at apartment complex (see foxnews) made to think about shifting to new place, security is declining.
car theaft,harrasment etc have started happening
Managemet/staff at leasing office turns deaf ear.
