From the day I arrived from a ten hour trip to move into my new apartment there has been problems.
I was told the apartment I was moving intom was a top floor rear facing when in fact it was ground level facing the parking lot. It was not their problem they said having already cashed my deposit check what did they care.
After that they started to renovate the entire complex with no notice to the tenents, they would not give notice that your stairs are being replaced, but would certainly remember to tell you when one of them had a baby or been promoted, as if that is really important to me, when in fact all I cared about was that I had to climb down my balcony to get to work. These are just a few of my person dealings with Wood Holow, I know I have spoken with my of the tenents who feel the same way. Many of which have moved out or are planning to as their leases are up. If you are planning on moving here ask about the ocupancy level and walk around and see how many empty apartments are here. Oh and also ask about the rape that happened here!!!! Best Wishes JSK
