I am leaving for a reason....

I have lived here for 2 years and it wasn't that bad but there are a few serious problems:
#1.
I can hear EVERY STEP the people in the apartment above me make.
When people have some to visit they always ask< "How can you stand that'" I guess I got used to it...but it is pretty loud.
#2.
The management was pretty good when I moved in and I was even going to transfer w/in the property (up to the top floor so I wouldn't hear all the noise from upstairs) and the managment kept saying they had an apt I could move into and then they would rent out the apartment I had on reserve! Happened 3 times.
It was so disrespectful and irresponsible.
I mean, once I understand- everybody make mistakes..but 3 times, that's just lazy management.
#3.
Calibre of other people that live there.
The "catcalls" in Spainish or the same men making obscene gestures everytime I walk my dog or take out tyhe trash...this was the final straw.
Not only did it really make me mad but I lived alone, on the "terrace" level in a back corner...I never really felt safe after the 1st year I was there.
On a positive note, the maintenance guys are awesome! They would always stop and chat or help me move heavy stuff.
I'm actually going to miss those guys!
