Brumby is great! - I was only at Brumby for a 6-month lease but that was through no fault of theirs! These are real historic lofts which you won't find anywhere else in Marietta. Very nice apartments! I lived at Austin Creek for a year and I really liked it there. I went to Southern Poly college and its perfect walking distance so i saved on gas all year. It's basically on the spsu campus! Great management and atmosphere. I would live there again.
