The Brumby Is Great I Don't know why everyone gives Jeff the manager a hard time. He is proactive and fair. Yes, you can hear your neighbors but you live in a old warehouse in downtown Marietta not a private home on a hundred acer lot! My place is warm in the winter and cool in the summer.

Great Location I've lived here for 9 months now and think it's wonderful. I have 2 dogs and the community is very pet friendly. My apartment is close to the river so I take the dogs down there to run. I also like the gas grills near my apartment, I don't need charcoal or anything.

Convienant Living After living here for about a year, I would recommend these apartments. The maintenance is knowledgable and the management staff is friendly. Living here gives me the convienance of being 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta but not having to deal with all the traffic and issues
