When we first looked at this community, it was wonderful. We could truely call it home. We have been here a little over a month now . . and we've had problems. Maintenance says they will come out THAT DAY if you have a problem . . and they almost never do. Everytime someone (maintenance, pest control, manager, etc) is in your apartment, they are supposed to leave a note saying who they were and what they did there. Of the many, many time we have requested they come out, only once have they left a note. I'm starting to regret living here. It seems like everyday, there is a new problem and I am just tired of calling and waiting.

Reasons:
1. Leaking air conditioner
2. Bugs
3. Non-functioning doorlocks
4. Countertops (still not fixed)
5. Leaking ceiling (2nd week and still not satisfactory)
6. Holes in the wall (called multiple times, finally fixed)

Overall, we like our apartment. We like the location. We like it because we have alot of space. The office manager and maintenance are very pleasant people to deal with, however, the time frame and the end result of maintenance work need improvement.
