I choose this community because of the beautiful landscaping, great floor plan and good price. Having moved here from out of state, I had no idea what the area was like, I ended up with my daughter in the best school in this whole area (#4 in all of GA state). This area is the most sought after and considering those two issues, the rent is very comparable to the other local communities and very reasonable. Sure the rental rate is lower in Richmond County, but the crime is higher and the apartment communities are not communities, they are complexes and that is all.

Maintenance requests have always been completed within a 24 hour period, the staff is very pleasant and helpful, and the amenities make this a well rounded community. We have enjoyed the pools, tennis court, volleyball court and the community events.
