This apartment complex was horrible to live in. The office staff is terrible with customer service. The maintenence staff was a joke, there were so many problems with our apartment & they were never truly fixed while living there. The apartment will always find a reason for your to owe them money. There are no words to describe what an awful experience my family had living in this apartment community. We tried to complain to their corporate office and they would never return any phone calls. We will keep tryiing but in the mean time we are so blessed to be out from under Shenandoah Ridge!!
