I cannot wait for my lease to be up at Amber Chase. It has been a nightmare from day one.
Why do we have a gate when it never works!!!
Why do they offer 24 hour maintenance when they seldom come out after hours' I have lived here for 10 months and cannot wait for the end. I have referred people to the community next door because I hate it here. They are leasing the apartments to all kinds of riff raff. I am being kept up at night by my upstairs neighbor who just moved in. Also, the people who are moving in here are paying almost $150.00 less per month than I am. when my renewal letter came they wanted to increase my rent. For what' No customer service, No timely response to my maintenance request, no Gate. The only thing that Amber Chase has is the Movie Theater, and you can never use it. Overall I have had a very unpleasant experience here. The staff is constantly changing, and no one seems to care. I can't wait to move.
