I am sad to read the previous residents notes. I have lived at Amber Chase for almost 2 years and I have not experienced the things they have. Yes, the gates are not always working but I have witnessed residents or friends of residents mess up the gates when they can?t get in. You can?t blame the office people for that. Nicole has been here since I have and so have the maintenance men. I think they?re great.



I have never had an emergency when the office wasn?t open but they have always taken care of my problems by the next day.

The only reason I would move right now would be to buy a house but I can?t so I will be signing another lease.



I love my apartment and the grounds are always nice. There is a lot of grass for my kids to play and I like that.



I have referred several people to this community and I will refer it to you too.
