I've lived in amber chase for almost three years. Since we moved in, we have had nothing go wrong (only if you consider the gates not working a disaster). That is the only thing I can say that needed some attention. Averything else has been great in this place. Manamgement has been great and very helpful. The place is well taken care of and maintenance responds very quickly.

Management is also honest about any problems that arise. Any break-ins they report to residents and advise them what to do to prevent future ones.

Overall, I've been very satisfied here and I would recommend it to anybody else.
