This place is NOT the place for you...unless of course you sell drugs, let your kids run wild, don't ever want to use the pool, and like to have other people break into your cars and your apartment.

This is the worst place for a decent family. We lived here for almost 2 years....thank god we're leaving. When we first moved here it was soooooo nice. Then came new mgmt. and new(WORSE) tenants. We made the mistake of renewing our lease.

There is no courtesy officer...when he WAS here, he was to busy playing on his motorcycle to answer calls..We know because we tried to call him. Neighbors are allowed to let their children and their dogs run loose and the mgmt. says nothing. MOST recently our neighbor was broken into and our other neighbor had her car broken into. Oh and by the way, water has been running into our apartment since Hurricane Ivan and all the recent rain has made it worse. Mgmt. has done NOTHING.

The leasing office goes through more agents than traffic offenders through red lights. Nicole and Darla have lasted the longest...they also have the worst attitudes.

No matter what happens,nothing will be done about it...they will ALWAYS "forget" you have complained or called. Did I mention they like to leave EARLY''

I have been a tenant here since august 2005. The maintenance staff is horrible. Robert is the absolute worst. You can place a work order for repairs and it takes them the longest to respond and when they do they don't repair what you ask for. The office staff is new and everyone seems to be nice but how long will it be before they show their true colours? The office is no longer open on sun. Sat I had a party scheduled and the staff left early and I sat there waiting alone with other people needing to enter the office the sign on the door said they'd be returning at 3pm and did not return until after 6pm. I tell you this is not a place i would reccommend to anyone.
