This complex was a lot nicer when I moved in over a year ago. I did not like the previous management because of their condecending attitude towards the clients they were supposed to serve. Their departures were no surprise to me. Our new management has a better comunication style, but conditions here are not improving. Vandalism and unrepaired facilities are accumulating at the design of Fogelman management above the level of the property office. Our new security guard is worse than the gang punk situation last spring,the police would respond and then leave. Now, one of the harrassing little Sheriff punks is loose on the premises and has nothing better to do than monitor our laundry room access and Barney Fife his way though the complex. A rent increase on top of it all is the last straw. I have visited several complexes that do a much better job in most every area. I will seek better lodging and leave these amateurs behind.
