decent place but unprofessional office staff ruined it for me

The office staff seem to always be too busy for the residents. They never seem to be concerned about the residents' problems. The office staff need to be trained on professionalism and how to provide better service. They could start by not closing the apartment office around lunch time every few days to "have a meeting" or "go out to eat for staff's birthday." If they want to do that on a regular basis, they should let the residents know by posting new hours so that we could plan accordingly.
