I lost my job, and asked if they could help me (amber chase) they said yes they could move someone else in if I could be out by a certain date. I was out by the proper date and now a few months later I get a court date in the mail saying I have been in default on this apartment. I got NO notice of collections before this. Amber chase has lied to me and I hope they fix it so I can come write a good review for them.
