I am a neat freak. When my family an I first moved in the carpets had not been changed. They still had stains from the previous tenants. A week into living there I was cleaning the high cabinets and discovered hundreds if not thousands of dead ants. I was grossed. A few weeks later live ants were crawling in my bedroom. I had to get my own sprays and wait a week before Amber Chase got someone to come out. Then less then a month later, ants started infesting my daughter's room. At that point we had to leave. While packing we found live ants everywhere. It is obvious Amber chase doesn't have the "bug man"out often enough to properly check the grounds.

Another problem is we rented a garage. My husband had some high priced tools and appliances in the garage. These things are supposed to be locked and only the workers and the tenant had keys. Well our tools were stolen by the workers and we didn't see it and were unable to prove it.
