I lived in Amber Chase for almost a year. During that time my apartment was flooded twice. I had to constantly complain of trash in the breezeway and about nonworking items. Children ran rampart throughout the complex, knocking on doors and playing in the parking lot. My neighbor's apartment was broken into and she was robbed of electronics. In addition, the gate was constantly broken. When I purchased a home and informed them that I was moving, they demanded I repay them because my apartment was offered at a special rate and that I had to pay the difference. I took the lease to an attorney who stated that this wasn't in the section that stated early termination of lease. Nine months later I am still in dispute with these people. Others warned me about this complex and they also had to pay huge sums after a home purchase.
