I have lived here 9 months, pryor to living here 6yrs ago and thought to comeback.Boy was it a mistake.The first night I moved in I seen so many roaches and bugs it was crazy.I talk to the office and they said go buy bug spray and they would reinburst me.Kids throw trash in the breezeways like its a dump.On top of that they are so noisey,can't never sleep.The gates are always open letting every theif in america come in and steal.Don't leave anything unlocked or on back patio it will get stolen.It has gone to hell since I last lived here.And I don't intend on renewing my lease.It is horrible,horrible.

You must be in an entirely different part of the complex from me. Our building (near the front) is very quiet and bug-free. I haven't had any problems with trash either, as most residents are fined whenever they leave anything out on a doortep, even overnight. There are some mean-looking groups of kids that fight amongst each other, but I always see them from a distance, making it hard to tell if it's just horsing around or something more serious. The gates ARE often broken, and the walls are thin, so if you get a noisy neighbor, you are screwed. It was very hard getting the guy beneath us to stop playing his music so loud, despite repeated complaints to the management. Finally, he was evicted, and MY building is quiet. Decent spot to live, very convenient and nicer than the surrounding apartments. Cruddy gym.

I have lived here for awhile and agree with both of you regarding the gates and noise. Management can not control noise made by others, they can only ask them to quiten down. No matter where you live, you will have to deal with kids, bugs, etc. What have you done as a resident to make it better? As for the gym, the manager that they hired earlier in the year has made good improvement here. The office, clubhouse, laundry and gym are being redone and are looking much better. I am pissed b/c I just learned that she is now gone and the other knitwits still remain in the office. My biggest beef living here is the constant change in manager, yet the others keep working here. When is that problem going to be resolved?
