I just, just, just moved in. Literally days after moving in the apartment was infested with red ants. I purchased ant spray, and tried to get rid of them, but it did not work. I borrowed a heavy duty insect spray my aunt purchased from Home Depot. This did the trick. I never mentioned it to the staff because I know they will send an exterminator, and I dont like the way these chemicals are carelessly sprayed in my home. Despite spraying, I still see these insects I cant even identify. I am a neat freak and have been bleaching everything to keep them away, then........ one day in the master bath, I came home to find, not one, not two but THREE SNAIL LIKE INSECTS, only they did not have a shell. I dont have a clue where they came from as I do not open the patio or windows, I had saw one crawling on my sliding door once. I chocked it up as a fluke, it had rained heavily, but a few minutes ago, which is now one week since the first incident, I found another one of those creatures in the master bath. This is a deal breaker for me. I cant wait for the light of day so I can call up a tenant lawyer and find out what my rights are and how I can move. This place is filthy, I have been taking a closer look at my apartment and noticed all my vents are rusted. Their is wall paper in both bathrooms (go figure). Not to mention every so many days the guest bathroom emits a sewer like smell. Its a pity, I found this website after signing my lease. I would advise anyone considering living here to think hard about what they are willing to tolerate. As for me I'm outta here, I strongly believe you never see smoke without fire, and there is a bigger picture to Amber Chase's issues, and I will not stick around for the sewer to back up into my apartment.

Maybe you should give the front office a chance to fix any problems you may be encountering. If you never call and inform them it can not be fixed. I had a few things that were overlooked and when I mentioned them to the office they were taken care of immediately.
