Awful, just awful

When I first moved to Bridge Mill over a year ago it seemed to be just great. As time passed it went down hill from there. I really truly regret renewing my lease. With the numerous specials that they use to "lure" people into their many EMPTY units, they tend to attract the most undesirable people. There are always people loitering on the property that don't even live there. There have been a few break-ins in the past couple of months. And to top that off, I was awaken by 6 gun shots in the middle of the night not to long ago! Kids run around and make a lot of noise. My neighbor always plays loud music. I recently put in a service request for a leak and I was told to "put something under there to catch the water until we can get there". As of today, that was 3 weeks ago and it is still leaking and nobody has been to look at it. The nastiest thing is the dumpster area. There is only one to serve every bit of 270 units. The trash piles up on the sidewalk and will sit there for hours before the workers will come to clean it up. It is so bad, hungry animals won't even go there. There is a set rate for water based on how many bedrooms that you have (no matter how much water you actually use). I have a 3 bedroom but only 2 people live there. There are people with 2 bedrooms that have 4 or more people living there! But because I have a 3 bedroom, I'm required to pay more! I have learned my lesson and wiil NOT renew my lease here! Renter Beware!
