Dont live here if you value your personal possesions and your life. The people that run this apartment community MAINLY JUDY FRENCH dont give a crap about you all they care about is MONEY! The way they do their water bills is a rip off. They take the total cost for water and divdie it by how many apartments are in your building, you get stuck paying WAY MORE than you actually use. The crime is bad....I personally saw someone get held at gunpoint in front of the mailboxes. I have seen cars that have been broken into, I have seen scary people lurking around and NOTHING is done to stop it.
The maintnance SUCKS, you will be lucky if you see them the entire 12 months you live there. They are keeping maitnance busy out back smoking cigs and dressing up in scarecrow costumes to lure in more unsuspectting victims. The apartmens are NASTY and over ridden by bugs, mold and what not. I was sickl the entire time I lived there due to moldinfestation. Bottom lne, if it sounds to good to be true then it is. DONT MOVE HERE...Judy Frech the manager is nothing but a money hungry lying -----. She will tell you ANYTHING to get you in and then once she has you she doesnt care.
