Just horrible..this apartment complex has caused me so much stress. Your home should be where you have peace..but this place is a constant headache and stressor. Don't make the mistake of moving here. The low rent is not worth it. The neighbors are racist and when I asked to be moved after having an altercation with my neighbor I was informed that they did not do that sort of thing. My neighbor has actually fired a gun when he got mad because of us just walking not running walking in our apartment. I told the property manager Maria and did she do anything ...NO. The people in the office are nice and sweet until you start voicing your complaints then they treat you like an annoyance. After 2 months of complaining I was told finally that I would be moved to another apartment That was on a Friday Maria said ahe would call me on Tuesday to confirm... It has been 3 weeks and still have not heard from her. It has been 3 months since I signed my lease and I have stayed in my apartment a total of 3 weeks. I can not wait to get out of this lease. And to top things off the elementary school Oakland SUCKS so much that I withdrew my daughter to enroll her in a clayton county school. I feel safer in Riverdale than I do in McDonough. Even the policemen are racist. I would not recomend this apartment to my worst enemy. And there is no use calling The Conner Group the central office is just as bad as the apartment complex. Alll they care about is profit. Once you sign the lease they quit caring ore than once I have been told that my issues are not their problem.
