I have lived in Bridgemill since 2003. This place was a dump before the new owners took over. Since this place was bought, it has turned around completely. The office staff is BETTER and they really care about you. The grounds are better. They are out everyday keeping the place looking good. You can really tell that they have/are putting alot of money into this place. Many thank yous go out to the new management. Everyone on this website that are complaining should shut up long enough to look around and see that Bridgemill is definitely improving. I am happy to be here and I would recommend this community to my friends and family.

Nice to see the staff is trying to save their reputations and their jobs....don't fall for it, renters! Whoever would recommend this dump to their family & friends must have a lot of hatred for them! Don't live here... MOVE ON!

I agree with you 100%. BRIDGEMILL apartments are the biggest DUMPS you could ever move into. The buildings are old, ugly, poorly maintained, and half of them aren't even up to firecode. Would you feel safe living in a place with no firewalls or sprinklers? I wouldn't. And don't let the management fool you. They're nice until after you move in. The good ol' bait and switch- it's an old trick, but unsuspecting suckers fall for it everyday. If you are thinking of moving here and are weighing your options, don't make BRIDGEMILL one of them. You'll be sorely dissapointed. The answering machine gloats of a luxury apartment complex with great ammenities, or something worded similiar....LIES, LIES, LIES. It's a terribly rundown complex with nothing to offer. Don't fall for the tricks! Run away as fast as you can and don't look back. BRIDGEMILL SUCKS!

better does not always mean good..this is the dumpiest place in mcdonough..im not real sure arson would qualify as better..way too many thugs hanging around and drugs beig dealt to say this place is ok..mot to mention the REGISTered child molester that used to live in the building that caught on fire...
