The new management tries their best to keep the place nice and clean, butthe place is too old, since i moved in i've been having all kind of problems: a/c inop, roof leaking, paint peeling of wall, toilet inop. Although the maintenance team always come and fix the problem right away, but i'd rather pay an extra 50 to $75 to go to a newer place /w none of these problems
