I have lived in these apartments for years! I lived through the new management change. In many ways the new management is better than the old. I had the old management threaten to call the cops on me for telling her I felt unsafe in these apartments. She did not want me saying this in front of potential fresh meat. I did not yell or even raise my voice to them!!!!
Yes, the new management has thrown around some paint and cleaned up a little. But the number one underline problem with this community is safety and noise!! I had someone attempt to break into my apartment one evening wile everyone was asleep. It is not uncommon to see screens from windows lying in the yard or on the ground from an attempted break in!
It seems to be 100% OK with management for large groups of kids/teenagers to yell things that will make a sailor blush! I have heard and seen them break things, harass people and refuse to move out of the road. I got to witness one apartment get into an argument with some bill collector that I thought would end in gun fire, but thank God it did not!!!! Had one neighbor get into a fight with his girlfriend in the middle of the night and busted out a window! He also went on a rampage of yelling and screaming at anyone who got in his way. Watch out for summer when all the little hood thugs are out of school!! They will be outside all day and night doing their thing (sleep with one eye open!). That is the ones that go to school. Had a neighbor who had a couple of teenage boys who would sit outside and smoke until they could not see straight. They would then get into a fight with each other yelling and screaming and fist fighting.
Bottom line is simple. Each day this apartment goes from bad to worse. Unless they wake up and put safety first things will never change. Any talk of a Police officer working for the complex is false. There once was an officer living on property but even he got the hell out!!! But you can see a host of Henry County s finest just about daily serving warrants, responding to a call for help or haling off yet another hood rat.

the hood rats are present, but i got a .357 with anyones name on it if they feel lucky. dont break into my apartment, or enter unwelcomed. you will get blown away. and my wife is a better shot than i.
