The first year was ok then it went down hill from there. First the ROACHES are out of control!!! Now there are spiders. Next the maintaince staff takes there sweet time getting out to fix what you need fixed. I needed my door fixed because I had a 8 inch opening where the roaches were and are coming in, when they finaly came out 4 weeks later they never fixed it in fact they made it worse and my dad had to fix it!! The sales associate there LaYondra has too much attitude. And she is a liar. These people think they are slick. When your lease is almost up they contact you and when you say you are not sure if you want to renew, they will say,"well they rent might be going up so you might want to renew now!" That is a lie the first year I paid $679 then due to the "rent going up" now I am paying $729! Its not worth it.The swimming pool has been concreted in and the other one isn't even opened! The "24-hour fitness room" has never worked since I live here NO LIE! What the Hell am I paying for' The community id good if you don't have a lot of money...I guess. People shooting out here, burning down apartments...Its crazy! My lease is almost up so I am so happy I am leaving. If ths is the only place you can afford GOD BLESS and don't stay longer than 1 year!!!! You have question I'll let you come by and look!

Wow, that is worse then when I lived there a few years ago. The kids were mean, and the staff was not good. Bugs were everywhere, and the pool was horrible (next to the office and theater). I have posted a comment on this. I can't find where it is in this section, cause everyone hated this apartment. Oh, and the people that cut the grass and trim bushes... That was not so good. I was sleeping when they just came by trimming, and I was like.. GO AWAY! They don't know how to do anything. They just want your money, they don't care about your problems.
