At first glance this looks like a beautiful place to live, then you move in. I have 11 months left on my lease to look for somewhere else to live. I thought that since this complex is newer than some of the others I had viewed, that it would have been better. I found out that I was wrong quick. And the office staff does not care. The manager is never available, and the other staff is rude. I lived on a Davis property before in Lithia Springs, and it was great. But now it is a total nightmare.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! It is a high priced dump. And I agree with the previous review. I feel all criminals must have moved here. It is very unsafe. Do not be deceived by the outside. Ask around the community.

I completely disagree with the two current reviews. I have lived at Carrington Green for almost a year and plan on renewing my lease. The office staff really cares about the residents. They have thrown several events over the past year and they have been great. I cannot remember ever living in a community that has events as much as they do. The maintanence is wonderful, although I do miss Ray. But I never have to call twice to have something fixed. I will and have recommended Carrignton Green to people. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!! By the way, try looking at other communities in this are: The Crossings (total dump!), Woodlawn Park (crack house), and Preston Creek (need I say more).
