I've lived in better places, and I've lived in worse. The staff will tell you anything to get you to move in. They tell you they don't tolerate loud noice, but when you complain, it is ignored. They offer no incentive to stay here when your lease is up, yet wonder why there is a high turn-over. The hallways are dirty and littered with cigarette butts. The gates are always broken. Evey month or so, the staff has nothing to do, so they decide to do a property inspection to nose around your apartment. I'm getting tired of having to lock up my animals. The addition of speed bumps were nice, however, it did not slow most people down, and someone is going to get run over.

Management does not tolerate noise on the property. We even have quiet hours between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Every resident is given three lease violations before the next step which is lease termination. We have terminated leases due to noise complaints. The only way that the office can take care of these noise issues is if the residents actually complain. We are over 90% occupied so I am not sure why this person feels that we have high turn over. We have only done two property inspections which were instructed from our corporate office for budget purposes. I apoolgize for any misconception that this rating may give someone regarding Carrington Green. Our gates are not always broken, our breezeways and grounds are always kept clean and noone is going to get run over. I hope that you will come and get your own opinion of Carrington Green.
