I must say that I was not very happy when I first moved in. I was told several things that were not true about the layout of my apartment. I felt that they just wanted to get me into a more expensive apartment. After living there for about three months, very trashy people began to move in around me. There were outside parties every weekend in front of their buildings that lasted all night long. People were getting drunk and passing out at the pool. Children were constantly playing in the road without adult supervision. Children also would knock on your door and run away.. I was very unhappy with my stay at Carrington Green.

Unfortately, residents get upset and write bogus reviews. Management is always willing to correct any issues but it would be helpful if the residents would inform the office when they are having these issues in a timely manner. Parties are unacceptable on this property and can result in lease temrination.
