I will not be renewing my lease, When we firsted moved in we had to sign our lease 3 flippin times because the office screwed it up and still have not received a copy of it. They don't tell you when there coming in your apt. and they are suppose to leave a note on the counter letting you know that they have been there and they DON'T. The gate is always broken and takes over a week to fix. I have called the office about noise and they did nothing about it. Would never recommand this place to anybody.

It is unfortuante when residents type bogus comments. This resident requested a copy of their lease at move in and was told that they could come by and pick a copy up after the manager signs off on it. They never came by to pick it up so apparently it is now our fault that they didn't follow up on their end. The lease had to be changed due to the resident not showing up on the exact move in date since the paperwork was typed to their move in date specification. As far as entering the apt without notification goes, that has not happened. We ALWAYS send out notifications that maint. or management will be entering your home. It is the residents responsibility to read the notices that are placed on their door. The gate has been broken before and it did take a week to fix because the resident that hit the gate had to pay for it. We had to wait on their insurance company. All communities have issues with their gates.

You are not the first person that they have treated this way.....Mgmt just does not care !!!
