Soon after moving in, and being duped by the wonderful staff and management, we soon learned that its all a show. They only care about maintaining a high rental % to keep management employed. After being told numerous lies about the pool and family amenities, we soon realized, that if we did not get something in writing, and even then, that Mgmt had the right to change things...well it just did not apply. Constant noise, power drinking booze hounds at the pool, maintenance entering your apt and things coming up missing, as well as the gate being constantly broken,mgmt, just does not care....No way no how..I will tell everyone to stay as far away as possible....

The gate has been broken previous times and people drive through the gate cutting you off to get in or driving in fast behind you. Then I think there is no reason for a gate key because I haven't seen the management do anything to try and stop this. We have to pay for our gate keys but what is the point when people just drive through the gate anyways. Where is the security in that?!
