THE MANAGEMENT HERE SUCKS!! THEY DON'T TAKE COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY AND NOTHING EVER GETS DONE ABOUT THEM. THE BREEZEWAYS ARE ALWAYS LITTERED WITH TRASH AND CIGARETTE BUTTS. THE NOISE FROM OTHER RESIDENTS IS REDICULOUS, THEY TELL YOU WHEN YOU MOVE IN THAT THEY DON'T ALLOW NOISE OR PARTIES YEAH RIGHT!! THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS SO UNTRUSWORTHY. THEY SMOKE WEED AND NUMEROUS RESIDENTS SMOKE WEED HERE, IT'S BAD WHEN YOUR STAFF IS SMOKING WEED ON THE CLOCK WITH OTHER RESIDENTS AND YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO TRUST THEM TO HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER THEY WANT!!! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! IT'S LIKE THE MANAGEMENT STOPPED CARING AND JUST STARTED TO LET ANYONE THAT WOULD PAY RENT TO MOVE IN....IT'S NOTHING BUT TRASH COMING IN NOW BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO FILL UP THE EMPTY APARTMENTS. I HOPE IT GETS BETTER BUT I DOUBT IT, THEY ARE JUST MONEY HUNGRY.

Unfortunately, Residents get upset when they have to pay a late fee or are charged for trash outside their door. We do complete drug and criminal checks on our employees as well as our residents. We also complete random drug tests on our employees. This information is completely bogus. Management can only resolve issues when they are brought to our attention. Issues happen at every community, please check the 911 call log before deciding on any community.

Seems like the police have been called in this apartment quite a few times as I've seen them myself on numerous occasions recently. The garbage is disgusting, I have a minivan driver in my building that loves to clean out their car in the parking lot and leave the food and trash everywhere all the time. My husband asked that the poop in the dog poop can be dumped because of the nasty stench after it baked in the sun for 2-weeks, and the maintenance, or whoever, just pushed it down to the bottom. It still reaked. The management is really nice....but they need to take care of some problems and not promise things that aren't true.
