I don't know what these other people are talking about. Every time I go to the office they are friendly and ready to help me. I have had very little problems and the few problems I do have The maintaince guys were there in a flash. I had a minor issue with my neighbor, and when I went to Kristin (the manager) she resolved it instantly. The other girls in the office always go out of their way to say hello and talk to you out on property. If you want a place to live that feels like home I recommend The Crossing.
