Short and sweet, My family has never felt so unwelcome anywhere before. The staff is a nightmare. They seem to spend more time writing some of these reviews than seeing to the needs of the residents. This has to be the most unprofessional places I have ever lived. The management company needs to remember that this is someones home, and not a popularity contest among the office staff. They all need help. Buy a house, rent a trailer, but do not move here. Your private life is not private here. And all they want is the rent. Do not expect maintenance or assistance with anything. You will not get it.
