I have a leak in my apartment that has never been repaired. Every time it rains it gets worse. The manager will say whatever you want to hear to get you out of the office, and still no repairs. They spend money on every thing but the apartments. it is a horrible place. It has been nothing they promised it to be.

I agree.. i have no leaks or anything yet but we pay enough in rent, we pay ALL OUR OWN utilities. the least they can do is keep the place up to damn par!
