I was very happy when i first moved here. the honeymoon period was good. but please if you want your sanity do not move here. there is no reason to live in this poorly constructed place , paying all your own utilities. do not let them fool you, you will be paying for WATER SEWER (included in water bill) and power. let me not discredit them, cable is included..WHOOPDEEDOO! these women also talk crap about their tenants. they gossip and have no respect for the people that are keeping their business going.
OOHHH if this still doesnt convince you, Ive also heard they are trying to hit people with security deposits after the fact. They get you into the lease , say you dont have to pay a deposit and you will get a letter in your door (how professional) telling you that you cannot pay your rent until you have paid your deposit. it has happened to about 4 people that I have heard of. if it happens to me I will be at the Georgia Real Estate Commission in a heartbeat.

-ladies i know you are reading this. stop talking ---- about people unless you can say it to their face for ONE and for TWO get some professionalism. your facades are fading and we all see how fake and ridiculous you are.

OOPS forgot to mention, someone was stabbed here the other day. i am sure it was an isolated event but it did happen.
