I have to agree with most of these reviews. These apartments are cheaply made, everything is falling apart and they're not that old! I can't lock my front door because the key won't come out of the lock. I'm told that if I rekey the door, I have to pay for it myself yet they won't fix the problem for me. I have to leave my apartment unlocked which sucks because I live in the area where that guy got stabbed! Yes it's true, there was a stabbing here right in front of my building. My mailbox key wouldn't work when I first moved in and it took them 2 weeks to get me another one. The pool area is always filthy, there's garbage just laying around. They'll let just about anyone move in here. All of my neighbors play hideously loud rap music. My car has been broken into twice. They don't have a drop box for your rent payment and they somehow expect you to know that you're supposed to go in through the laundry room and slide it under some random door. Totally unprofessional!! I've never felt less secure in my life even though this is a gated community. It's unfortunate because it looked like a decent place when I moved in and the staff seemed helpful. Now anytime I go into the office...I have to wait and wait and wait for someone in the back to acknowledge my presence. If you don't mind all of that...the rental price is great and the cable is included in your rent
