Rude staff, Shoddy maintenance,poor quality buildings-if that is what you are looking for then this is your place. I moved here because it was cheap to get in- now I know why-Any one who can afford it moves to one of the nicer communities where at least the office staff is professional.The staff at the Crossings make up rules as they go along- and they are rude even if they are wrong. My apartment has needed maintenance for 2 weeks and no one keeps showing up, and the office staff never put in the workorders until you get mad. I am tied of dealing with unprofessional women. Please do not believe anything they tell you, once you move in you find out you are just a rent check...

i never have a problem with anyone in the office or the maintenance. maybe its just the attitude you have when you go in or call the office. did you ever think of that?
