Leave poor Kristin alone. I think she tries really hard and gets defensive when everyone complains and gets on her case. Dealing with the public is a skill that has to be learned through experience. The trick to dealing with the public is just letting the customer know you care about the problem and showing them that you will do all you can to fix it. She just needs to not get so defensive and listen to the problem. Also smile a little. She also has to deal with people that blame her because they cant pay their own rent. They want to try to get something for nothing. Those people need to grow up and stop whining. Follow the rules or get the F""" out. Life is not fair. Get a job and get off the damn computer. At least Kristin works and doesnt get her check out the mailbox. She will get better with experience.

that says NOTHING about how people pay their rent?? it says people blame her for them not paying their rent on time. that's a known fact, not something only the office staff would know. read the review correctly before you respond!

That's funny that you said I should read the review more carefully, when it says "at least Kristin works and doesnt(doesn't) get her check out(of)the mailbox" I fixed your mistakes by the way!! And by the way Kristin, sits on her ass and plays on the computer she doesn't earn her check, every time I come in the office I have to wait until they can get up off the computer and to the front room. Then she sends someone else out there, and then tries to say she is on the phone when I can hear her back there. Grow up Kristin and I don't know what's wrong with you people defending her she is a horrible manager. And by the way I pay my rent on time even early, so I am legitimately complaining!!!

Kristin's not that young, and should have learned people skills many years ago. Our manager rubs people the wrong way, treats people the wrong way, and behaves rudely for no apparent reason. I always pay rent early. Our apartment is the most expensive available, plus we rent a garage, so it can't be money issues. The best description for the woman is surly. No smile, no eye contact, no people skills. This apartment manager is the opposite of southern hospitality. There's the whole problem in a nutshell. Otherwise this is genuinely a nice place to live (if you can ignore the dog poop laying all over the place).
