i have read these comments and i think that everyone should lay of the manager and maintenance. i read these and it seems that people are unhappy because they may not follow the rules...did you know there are rules when living in apartments' i saw the maintenance and manager at sunoco with the police because someone broke there fence and they had the person...so i guess that "rude ass maintenance man" cares huh' what about the manager she was there... but unlike who that is writing those comments she wasnt sitting on her "butt" i guess you still think her check come out of the mail huh' oh i forgot she is not fema.. so hers dont come in the mail. i guess i got my point across!

Why does the majority of the people who write a positive comment about these apartments seem to have an 8th grade level of intelligence? PEOPLE...please learn how to use words in a way that makes sense!

I agree with your response, and if you look at any letter that is put on your door and the writing in these reviews you will notice a pattern, bad grammar and poor education. I am sadden to see that my review was posted then mysteriously disappears, I think that the manager can control which reviews are seen and which ones aren't. Because every time a negative review is posted it either disappears or is followed by a positive one defending the office. She knows she doesn't do crap and there for doesn't want anyone to know about it. And for the person that wrote this review I agree there are rules in apartment living, so tell your manager to pick up her dog ----, don't keep bags of trash on her porch, and that I was told the max number of animals are two and I believe I have seen her with three dogs. Get a life and get a clue the manager SUCKS!!!!!

i can't help but go through and read all these reviews and laugh. if you guys, whoever is writing these reviews, have such a problem with the manager or the staff why don't you just go to them and constructively handle the situation instead of bashing them on here. you talk about an 8th grade level of intelligence, how ironic...aren't we supposed to be adults? and you talk about your reviews being deleted from the site, well i TOTALLY agree with the above response. GROW UP!!

You alwasys atrt with I cant help with...get a friggen life you loser. If you care so much about these crap infested apartments DO SOMETHING. Youa re going to end up getting FIRED after we all call the corp. office on you.

I lived at these apartments about a year ago and I still know people that do live there.....KRISTEN is nothing but a little lying scandilous want-to-be manager......she thinks she's a bad ass b/c her "husband" whom I know isn't faithful....is a K-( officer.....she ain't ----....let me see her at the Sunoco or Sonic, I'll let her know AGAIN FACE TO FACE as I did when I lived there how much of a ----- she is!!
