I am the mother of a son who lived in the Crossing. He had a liver transplant last week and I called to make arrangements to let the management know that he would not be returning as his friends have moved him out of the apartment. I talked to Alexis on the phone and she was being very helpful and I had the keys in an envelope mailing them back when the manager came on the phone and made it plain she did not need my address as they had a legal staff to handle this and due to legal reasons she had nothing else to say. I am trying to locate the owners of the apartment to work this out as I realize she is turning it over to attorneys and I do not need any addtl. debt at this time.
