We have been putting in a maintenance request since the end of July and still have not had our issues resolved. We call once a week and every time the manager acts surprised that the problem has not been addressed.
There is mounds of garbage mounded up over the trash compactor. They brought in another garbage container, placed it in the main drive and that is over flowing as well. Don't believe me, come check it out for yourself. It is a biohazardous mess here!
People play music in their cars so loud that you can hear it booming across the complex. Children are out playing and screaming until 10-11 pm.
We had such high hopes for this place when we chose it. The complex appeared nice and clean. The longer we have been here the more it seems to be detriorating. There is clearly an issue with poor management, poor staff, and lack of maintenance requests being answered. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy. You are better off moving somewhere else.
