It was a good place to live but not forever

We signed a 6 month lease, and were pretty glad. It was very quiet and no one bothered us. Maintinance was pretty quick about fixing anything we had a problem with. The few issues that we had were that the gate was frequently broken from other residents and their friends plowing into it. Also, the fire alarm went off a total of three times(that we were aware of)and once we were told that the fire department would not be called until they knew a fire existed (yet we still had to evacuate). The final thing was the worst, I think. A resident threw up at the bottom of our stairs in two seperate places and we called as soon as we saw it. We ended up having to jump over it for 3 days and we called everyday getting more and more annoyed and finally someone came out and half ass cleaned it up. All together the property was pretty clean, we had little contact with the front office or maintinance as we had few problems and no bugs at all. If I had to live in an apartment again I would go back as I have heard much worse about other apartments in the McDonough area.
