I've lived here since April 08 and yes when I saw all the bad review but it too late for me to find some place else to live. Ihad a few problems after moving in but the problem was taken care of right away except for the painting in the seondary bathroom wall but then it was taken care of. I'm a very picky person and I like things done right away especially when I'm paying my money on time every month.There's a lot of kids especially in back where I'm at b/c I guess they put all the kids one place.In the summer it get noisy and sometime they knock on my door and run b/c I'm on the first floor. The family above me let they child run and rip even though they have a play ground right in front of them and I complain to management and it got little better than it start again. ai'll be moving on a second floor in the same complex thank god.I don't think the complex is bad as the comments on this site but I guess I can only speak for myself. I see them cleaning the area,I have a few ants and small bugs in the summer but they always send someone to spray whenever I complain.All I can say is their trying and this staff as been helpful. What I'm basically saying is try this place it's not as bad as the comments b/c those where before 08.The elemntary school Oakland love it.
