I think for your money, to never have anyone above or below is well worth it! The maintenance staff is always prompt and friendly, as well as the office staff. The grounds are always clean, and where else can you live, besides in a house without some issues' Great if you are looking for no yardwork, no maintenance, and a quality gated community. New is not always better, I found in the McDonough area. The cheaper priced communities is usually the cheaper service.
